Saddened by Loss of Board Member

______________________________________________________________

Putnam 911 is saddened by the loss of board member Richard Milligan. Richard, better known to his friends as "Dickie", passed away on April 21, 2008 after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Milligan was a great Christian man and a long time supporter of 911. He was appointed to the board in 1988 and was one of the board's charter members. He also served as the Fire Chief for Monterey City and had been with the fire department for 58 years.

He will be greatly missed.
