Putnam County 911, reponding to all emergency requests

Mike has been employed as Dispatch Supervisor and Assistant 911 Director for Putnam County since 1997. Prior to this, he worked as dispatcher, EMT, and paramedic for Putnam County EMS beginning in 1980. Mike is certified as an Emergency Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatcher, as well as being a licensed paramedic.

Mike Thompson, Supervisor

	Phillip has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County EMS since 1980, which pre-dates 911 service in Putnam County. Prior to this, he was a dispatcher for two different EMS operators here beginning in 1974. Phillip is certified as an Emergency Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatcher. Phillip is one of two dispatch training officers.
Phillip Harris

	Susan has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 1991. She is an Emergency Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
Susan Allen

	Penny has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 2002. Prior to this, she worked part-time as a dispatcher here while working for Putnam County EMS beginning in 1992. She is certified as an Emergency Telecommunicator Instructor and Emergency Medical Dispatcher as well as being a licensed Paramedic. Penny is one of two dispatch training officers.
Penny Foister

	Kristi has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 1998. She previously worked as dispatcher for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department. She is certified as an Emergency Telecommunicator and as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
Kristi Ellis

	Gene has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 2004. He is also a volunteer firefighter with the Putnam County Fire Department. He is a certified Emergency Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
Gene Bilbrey

	Karla has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 2002. She is an Emergency Telecommunicator, Emergency Medical Dispatcher and an Emergency Medical Technician.
Karla Beaty

	Melissa is a certified Emergency Telecommunicator, employed by Putnam County 911 since 2006.
Melissa Youngblood

Jason has been employed as dispatcher for Putnam County 911 since 2004. He is a volunteer with the Putnam County Rescue Squad. He is a certified Emergency Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatcher.

Jason Bohannon

Kelly has been employed by Putnam County 911 since 2006. She previously worked for Knox County 911 for 14 years. Kelly is certified as an Emergency Communicator, Emergency Medical Dispatcher and as an EMT.

Kelly Ann Keller

T.J. has been employed by Putnam County 911 since 2006. He is also a volunteer firefighter with the Putnam County Fire Department. T.J. is certified as an Emergency Communicator.
