Welcome to the new look of Putnam County 911 online. We strive to bring the most information possible concerning 911 to our new website. We hope you enjoy our site. Construction is complete on Putnam County's new Emergency Services Building located at 700 County Services Drive off of South Willow Ave. The new facility is 61,000 sq.ft. and houses 911, EMA, EMS, Fire, Rescue and Technology departments.

The Putnam County 911 Center answers all 911 calls in Putnam County and dispatches for Algood Fire, Baxter Fire, Cookeville Fire, Monterey Fire, Putnam EMS, Putnam Fire and Putnam Rescue. The center receives over 100,000 calls annually and is the Regional Communications Center for the 14 Upper Cumberland counties.
